EyeLoveLash strives to provide the top quality service to our customers. This is only possible with customers honoring their appointment time. We collect deposit to make sure the customer will be on time.

• Deposit will not be returned for no-shows. Please do not ask for exception!

• Late more than 15 min. We will try to accommodate late guests, but a rescheduling may needed.

• 6 hours of notice in advance for any rescheduling or cancellation.
